VILLA LA PROVENÇALE is situated in the beautiful town of Maussane les Alpilles, approximately 40 minutes from the Avignon TGV station, 50 minutes from the Marseilles airport and only 10 minutes from the chic & vibrant village of Saint Remy de Provence. Click to see a map

Enjoy the beauty of Provence in a comfortable, beautiful villa within walking distance to a village! The property is 0.6 acres, the house itself is 2,700 square feet, with an infinity swimming pool (5 m x 10 m), 3 separate outdoor sitting/eating areas and beautiful landscaped garden including 30 olive trees.

The house consists of the following:

Main floor

Kitchen and Breakfast room (40 m2) with covered outdoor eating  area

Living/dining room (50 m2) with walk out to 2 terraces

Bedroom #1 (25m2) with ensuite (shower) and walk out to front terrace, king bed

Bedroom #2 (25 m2) with ensuite (tub/hand held shower), twin beds

First Floor

Bedroom #3 (25m2) with ensuite (tub), queen bed

Bedroom #4 (15m2), twin beds, and Bedroom #5 (15m2), twin beds, which share another bathroom (tub)

*Twin Beds may be made up as king size beds upon request, or vice versa

VILLA LA PROVENÇALE is a short, 10 minutes, 600 meters walk from the centre square of Maussane les Alpilles. The village has 3 bakers, 1 grocer, 1 butcher, numerous shops and a dozen restaurants. Les Baux is within 5 minutes drive and 10-15 minutes away are Arles , Eygalieres and St Remy de Provence. Within 1 hours drive you can be in the Camargue, Luberon, Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Ile sur la Sorgue and the beach at Cassis.

Under 30 minutes takes you to two Michelin ** restaurants, four Michelin * restaurants. The area abounds in excellent olive oil producers and vineyards.
