10 miles from Aix TGV train Station (with high-speed train Aix is less than 3 hours from Paris). 18 miles from Marseille Airport.

Living Area

Offering a living area of 450 m² on two floors:

Ground Floor

The spacious kitchen blends old world charm with all the modern amenities. Stone walls with windows viewing the garden, 7 burner stove, two ovens both gas and convection, 2 dishwashers, large double refrigerator with ice- maker plus a large pantry housing a large freezer, refrigerator with ice maker. Just off the kitchen is a study with wifi, A/C and access to the bottle temperature controlled cave a vin. For your convenience wine may be purchased at reasonable prices.

The beautiful Orangerie faces full south with three double glass doors, allowing natural summer breezes and yet a warm comfortable place to relax in winter.

The living room adjoins the orangerie and leads to the dining room. The dining room at the rear of the house leads directly onto the terraced garden with a falling waters fountain and a koi pond.

The sun filled den faces full south. The large flatscreen TV is equipped with French satellite access which converts to English on movie channels, CNN, CNBC, ESPN etc. Two of the bedrooms have their TVs with British Satelite reception.

Bedroom 1- The blue master bedroom off the living room overlooks the garden terrace and pool with its ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2- This south facing ground floor bedroom features French doors opening onto the front terrace. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.

First Floor

Bedroom 3- Second master bedroom suite totally private in the east upstairs wing faces full south with a view over the countryside. French/english art nouveau queen bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower, tub and WC.

Bedroom 4 and 5- The west upstairs wing consists of two queen-sized bedrooms which share a large bathroom with Italian walk-in shower.

A separate chalet in the garden can accommodate 2 additional guests (perfect for teenagers or a nanny).

Outdoor Living

The pool house consists of large summer kitchen housing a commercial 5 burner stove, wood-burning pizza oven, dining for 12 , sitting area with stereo. The pool house overlooks the expansive rear terrace, koi pond with waterfalls and the beautiful rear grounds.

The gardens contain over 15 different varities of local and exotique trees, a modern fish pond with waterfalls, an antique 1903 Tiffany gate, and most of all the magnificent view of Mt. Sainte Victoire.

Weekly Rental Rates

From €5,000 to €8,750 euros/weekly, according to the season. 3 hours twice a week of cleaning services included in the rate.
