VILLA CEZANNE is a large, comfortable and beautiful country villa which offers easy access to Aix en Provence. Aix is a beautiful vibrant town.  Prime location in Provence, you are in the heart of it all : only 25 minutes to Saint Remy de Provence, 45 minutes to the perched villages of le Luberon, 1 hour to Avignon. A fabulous base to explore Provence best sites!  Off the beaten path, do not miss a stop in the colorful harbor village of Cassis, about 40 minutes from Aix.

Location: 8 miles from the center of Aix en Provence. Closest Village: 1 mile from Vauvenargues, home of Picasso's castle where there is a grocery store, a boulangerie and a bistrot. Car is essential.

Closest Transportation: 13 miles from Aix TGV train Station (with high-speed train Aix is less than 3 hours from Paris!)-20 miles from Marseille Airport. 

Living space: 2,700 square feet.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Large living/dining room with fireplace and french doors opening into a large terrace facing south. Fully equipped kitchen with frige with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, coffee maker. Kitchen opens into a covered terrace with barbecue and a tek dining table for 12. Also, on this floor is an air conditioned master bedroom which opens into its own private terrace, with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. Separate WC on this floor.

Upper Floor (18 steps up) -  Five bedrooms : three bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. One bathroom with bathbub and sink and one bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. 

Furnishings are simple country style pieces with many lovely antiques throughout.

Amenities: Satellite TV, DVD, VCR and stereo, a piano, wireless internet access, washer and dryer.

Outdoors:  Lovely and fenced 2.5 acres flat lawned garden with olive and almond trees, lavender and beautiful views of the rocky countryside. Automatic night lighting in the garden, makes a beautiful evening setting for enjoying meals al frescoe. Private, fenced 11 x 6 m swimming pool with whirlpool at one end. Ping pong table on the premises.

Rental Rates : From E 3,600 to E 3,900 Euros/weekly, according to the season.Rates are subject to change.
