How to Reserve your Vacation property
- Select a Property
We invite you to browse our
website and discover our collection of fine rental
properties. We encourage you to give us a call, at 610 228
4984 and discuss about your villa vacation; or email
us your request at Info@HereandAbroad.com.
- Check Availability
Once you made your
selection, we will contact the property owner to
check availability.
- Option the property and receive Booking Form and
Rental Agreement
The property is available
for the dates you requested : Here & Abroad
will e-mail you an Invoice/Option letter, along
with our Booking Form and Rental Agreement. Please return to us
immediately a signed Rental Agreement which will
hold your option. Within 5 days we must receive in our
office, a filed Booking Form, a signed Rental Agreement and 50% deposit of
the rental cost payable by check to Here & Abroad.
Rental cost and refundable security deposit are due in
full if reservation is made within 60 days of arrival. Please
contact us for details on long term rentals booking.
- Confirmation by Here & Abroad
You will be notified as
soon as we receive your payment. Once we received your
payment, your booking is confirmed and the property
is reserved for you and your guests!
- Final Payment
60 days prior arrival at the
property we must receive your remaining balance as well
as a refundable security deposit when required. Refundable
security deposits collected in the US should be paid by check to
Here & Abroad. Refundable security deposits
collected locally should be paid in cash in local
currency the day you check in.
- Final Package
After we receive your final
payment, we will mail you a final package with directions to your
property, name and phone of the property owner or keyholder who we
will greet you at your arrival, and brochures with local tips
of the area
