Location:  5 miles from the center of Aix en Provence. Click to see a map.Closest Village: Puyricard, 5 minutes by car. Car is essential.

Closest Transportation: 13 miles from Aix TGV train Station (with high-speed train Aix is less than 3 hours from Paris!)-20 miles from Marseille Airport. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Ground floor: bedroom 1, air conditioned master bedroom, king size bed, office area with internet access, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks, separate WC.  Extra separate bathroom with shower, sink , WC on the ground floor. First floor: bedroom 2, two twin beds, which can be made as a king. Bedroom 3, queen size bed. Bedroom 4, queen size bed, sitting? area with sofa and TV. Bedroom 5, queen size bed, views over the swimming pool. Separate tiled bathroom with shower and double sinks.  One WC.  

Kitchen and Dining room: Bright Provençale, fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove, gas stove. The kitchen opens into a beautiful covered patio to enjoy a dinner or lunch al fresco.  From the kitchen, enter an elegant dining room with table for 12.

Living Room: Fabulous large living room with arched vaulted ceilings, fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV with English speaking channels, relax you are home! From the living room, glass doors open into the garden and pool area. Enjoy the views over your 2 acres of private land and the pool, which is open all year around. (Pool not heated)

Outdoor Living: Peaceful two acres grounds. Relax from the two terraces, with comfortable sitting for 10 with views over the swimming pool. Two dining tables, one for lunch under the pretty chestnut tree, the other for shaded dining under the covered patio. 6 x 12 m pool, with teak lounge chairs. Ping Pong table and Petanque (Provence bocce game) playground on the premises. The property is walking distance to the Aix Country Club where you will find tennis courts and a restaurant open to guests at additional charge.
