on ground level. 
Kitchen and Dining room: One large open, bright kitchen and dining room area.
Dining table for 8. Fully equipped kitchen with new
appliances, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove, gas
stove. This area opens into a beautiful covered patio to
enjoy a dinner or lunch al fresco.  
Living Room: Comfortable sofas seating 8 facing large wrought-iron
French doors to enjoy the fabulous views of the pool and the 2 acres
of private grounds. Fireplace, TV, pretty corner game table
with view over the garden and a fabulous collection of books.
